We're Recruiting for a Business Development Manager.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our full-service Digital Marketing Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and maintaining client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and business development.

Salary

The base salary for this position is £21,000 per annum, with a commission structure in place to reward success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to generate new business and expand our client base.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing techniques to ensure our services remain competitive.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our agency and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and trends.
  • A passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
