The Challenge
We took on the challenge of enhancing French Kiss’ presence on their chosen platforms: Facebook and Instagram. Our goal was to grow their organic audience and increase engagement. Additionally, we developed and managed paid campaigns on both platforms to boost brand awareness and drive sales, ensuring a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

The Strategy
The Strategy for this campaign first started off by delving into the target audience; who are they and where do they spend their time? French Kiss was aimed at women of 2 different age groups: 18-25 and 25-36. As a result, we decided to opt for a Facebook and Instagram strategy as that is where the majority of the target audience was located.
Once we knew who we were targeting, we then started to work on the brands’ tone of voice to resonate with the audience, along with identifying what would capture the attention of their audience’s eye.
Once we had all of this data together, we then laid out our approach which was as follows:
- Organic Social posts showcasing the variety of products and styles that French Kiss offer
- Use relevant keywords and hashtags that people inside the audience would use
- Paid Social campaigns, targeted at the right age group and identify a number of key interests.
